FAIRSEAL
High performance, two part, polysulphide sealant for expansion joints where large movement is anticipated in concrete constructions. Gun grade sealant for vertical joints. Excellent weathering characteristics & UV resistant.
FAIRSEAL P
Pourable consistency, two part polysulphide sealant, easy to apply, excellent adhesion and weather characteristics. Resistance to common solvents, mild acids and alkalies.
FAIRSEAL HYDROPHILIC DP 2010
Made with high performance chloroprene rubber strips. Can be applied against existing concrete and are simply installed by nailing or using a hydrophilic adhesive. Swells in contact with water by up to 600% of their original dimensions to form a compression seal. Slow expansion rate to prevent damage to freshly placed concrete during curing, retains original shape after repeated contraction. Swelling properties unaffected by long term wet/dry cycling, suitable for installation in low movement construction joints.
FAIRSEAL SINGLE PACK PRIMER
One component acrylic based clear primer recommended for concrete and masonry substrates. It has excellent adhesion to concrete and other cementitious substrates. Used as primer in conjunction with FAIRSEAL / FAIRSEAL P joint sealants.
FAIRSEAL PU (S)
High performance, single component, moisture curing, non-sag, polyurethane based elastomeric sealant. It is designed to seal construction joints which are subjected to movement. It has excellent adhesion properties to wide variety of substrates.
FAIRSEAL AR
An acrylic emulsion based single part sealant. Easy to apply and finish, quick surface cure, has excellent adhesion to most concrete substrates. FAIRSEAL AR is used in door and window frame surroundings, skirtings, staircases and replacement window installations.
