CEMSCREED HM (F)
Ready to use single pack fibre reinforced, non-shrink, general purpose cementitious micro-concrete. Can be pumped or poured into restricted locations. Attains high ultimate strength & imparts expansion characteristics (0.8%) in the plastic stage while minimizing water demand. Attains a compressive strength of 650 kg/cm² in 28 days. Ideal for RCC structural repairs and repairs requiring high fluidity.
CEMSCREED FAST REPAIR
A cementitious fast setting mortar for repairing of concrete and plaster surfaces. It is used for repairing on horizontal & vertical surfaces. It is a thick mortar (up to 50 mm thickness) for concrete and plaster repair. It has minimum disruption to traffic and ensures high tensile strength. It is pre-packed factory controlled to overcome site batched variations.
CEMSCREED FAIRING COAT
A single component polymer modified cement based fairing coat. It is used as a fairing coat to cover and make good irregular finishes to concrete surfaces. Shrinkage compensating, excellent adhesion to concrete, smooth and easily applied. Can be used as a skim coat prior to application of protective coatings and paint systems.
CORECRETE EP
Two pack, solvent free, epoxy based concrete bonding agent (old to new concrete). Excellent adhesion, increases bond strength, easy to apply, cures even on damp surfaces, ensures perfect waterproof bond. Also can be used to bond renders, screeds, precast concrete sections, etc. Avoids cold joints.
CHEMCORE BOND CS
Pre-weighed solvent free epoxy resin adhesive for bonding precast elements such as bridge segments. It is designed to speed construction and provide a structural and water resistant joint. It has excellent adhesion and tolerant to damp surfaces.
CORECRETE SB(L)
Single pack, acrylic emulsion, cement modifier & bonding agent for cementitious mix. Provides outstanding water resistance, excellent adhesion, increases flexibility, improves mechanical properties & abrasion resistant. Reduces water permeability, improves workability & final strength. A multipurpose additive for cement mix and mortar.
CORECRETE FBR
Polymer for concrete/mortar. It is designed to improve the quality of site-batched cementitious mortars and slurries. Excellent adhesion to reinforcement and concrete, increases flexural strength, increases tensile and compressive strength comparable to that of ordinary concrete, reduces shrinkage cracks and water permeability, improves chemical resistance.
CORECRETE CPLV
Ready to use mineral based ultra high strength injection cementitious grout for cracks in concrete brickwork and masonry. Suitable for damp or dry surfaces. Attains 50 N/mm² compressive strength at 28 days. Expansion: 0.8 to 1.5% by volume.
CORECRETE EPLV
Two part, pre formulated, low viscosity epoxy resin. It is used for injection of cracks and cold joints in concrete structures. It bonds efficiently with substrate and with its ultra high strength values restores structural integrity. It is suitable for damp or dry surfaces. The compressive strength of CORECRETE EPLV is 750 kg/cm² at 7 days.
CORECRETE PULV
Low viscosity polyurethane-based injection resin grout designed to seal leaking cracks, voids or fractures in concrete structures and stops running water. Excellent waterproofing, low viscosity highly penetrating, quick setting, ultra high strength, easy to apply, excellent bond strength to concrete brickwork and masonry. Suitable for damp or dry surface, excellent flexibility and elongation, water and weather resistance.
CRACKSEAL
Single pack, easy to use, non-shrink, cementitious crack filling material for plaster, masonry and concrete. Attains high strength of 200 kg/cm² at 28 days. The expanding characteristics ensure perfect bond on both sides of the cracks & provides excellent water tightness. It can seal horizontal or vertical cracks of buildings, structures, etc.
