FAIRTOP

Ready to use single pack, hard wearing, abrasion resistant, carborundum based, monolithic, iron free, smooth finish, anti-skid industrial flooring compound for medium to heavy duty traffic floors. Resists penetration of oil and water. Compressive strength of 800 kg/cm² at 28 days.

Standards:ASTM C 944

Coverage:5 kg/m². Mohs scale hardness 8 to 9. Available in Natural Grey, Brick Red, Green & White

FAIRTOP STD

Ready to use single pack, hard wearing, abrasion resistant, non-metallic, monolithic, iron free, smooth finish, anti-skid industrial flooring compound for medium to light duty traffic floors. It can be used in loading bays, warehouses, workshops, etc.

Coverage:5 kg/m². Mohs scale hardness 7 to 8. Available in various colors

FAIRTOP FAST FLOOR

Cementitious self smoothing flooring designed for warehouses and industrial floors when strength and durability are of high priority. Rapid hardening hence allows foot traffic after 4 hrs depending on the temperature and humidity.

Standards:BS 8204 Part-1

Coverage:1.8 kg/m² at 1 mm thickness. Available in Cement Grey, Red & Green

FAIRTOP METALLIC

A screedable, iron aggregate cementitious system designed to provide a thin, high strength topping for repairing surfaces subjected to heavy traffic and abrasion. It is formulated for application at thickness of 8 to 10 mm for single layer.

Coverage:Dry shake — Light duty: 3 kg/m², Medium duty: 5 kg/m², Heavy duty: 7 kg/m²

FAIRSCREED EP

Three part, abrasion, impact, chemical resistant, anti-skid, high performance heavy duty epoxy based floor screed. 4 mm to 6 mm thickness application is recommended. Requires primer (SAFECORE PRIMER is recommended).

Standards:BS 6319, ASTM C 109-90, ASTM C 501

Coverage:4 m² at 4 mm thickness per pack of 25 kg

FAIRCRETE EP

Three part, high performance, hardwearing epoxy resin based deep section screed. Frost resistant & impervious to water, available in various colours. Requires primer (SAFECORE WB PRIMER is recommended).

Coverage:1.14 m² at 10 mm thickness per 25 kg bag

FAIRSCREED SL

Four component, high performance, hard wearing, excellent adhesion, hygienic epoxy based self leveling screed. Can be made more attractive by sprinkling flakes which will ensure scratch resistance. Application thickness is around 0.5 to 2 mm. Requires primer (SAFECORE PRIMER is recommended).

Standards:BS 6319

Coverage:3.4 kg/m² at 2 mm thickness per pack of 15 kg

FAIRSCREED VF

Two pack, high strength, thixotropic, creep resistant solvent free epoxy paste adhesive being particularly suitable for all general purpose bonding operations of a wide range of building materials. FAIRSCREED VF may also be used for thin section concrete repairs. Primer is required.

Coverage:Approximately 1.9 kg/m²/mm thickness

FAIRSCREED R

A three pack epoxy based general purpose repair mortar. Attains early & ultra high strength, has excellent abrasion & impact resistance, self curing, user friendly quick repair mortar for spalled columns, lintels, floors, bedding mortar etc.

Coverage:0.50 m² at 10 mm thickness per pack of 7.5 kg
