In 1996, Shri Baldev Shah established Fairmate in Vadodara, Gujarat — a specialty construction chemicals company built on rigorous chemistry and a deep understanding of India’s construction needs.

For nearly four decades, Fairmate became a trusted name on job sites across Gujarat and beyond — delivering admixtures, waterproofing systems, and repair solutions to some of India’s most ambitious infrastructure projects.

In 2024, under the leadership of Shri Bhavesh Baldev Shah, the company made a deliberate move forward. Same rigorous chemistry. Same expert team. Same trusted relationships. Now under the Fairmate ChemCore identity — engineered for the scale and ambition of modern India.

Where It Began

Bhavesh Shah enters the construction-chemicals industry as dealer for a leading multinational — the first step of a 38-year journey that shapes everything to come.

1996

Fairmate Founded

Shri Baldev Shah establishes Fairmate in Vadodara, Gujarat, and manufacturing begins the same year. First products: concrete admixtures and waterproofing compounds.

Early 2000

Pan-India Expansion

Distribution expands across 10+ states. Portfolio grows to 100+ products. First supply to metro rail and refinery projects.

2010

Landmark Projects

Products specified for Bandra-Worli Sea Link, Narendra Modi Stadium, Samruddhi Mahamarg, and multiple international airports.

Next Generation Joins
