COREFLOW N

Water reducer cum concrete plasticizer for concrete upto M25 grade. Increases workability, easier placing, higher cohesion, better compaction & finishing, reduces risk of segregation and bleeding, lower water requirement for given workability, reduces W/C ratio by 8 to 10%, increases strength & durability and is chloride free.

Standards:BS 5075 1982 Part-1, IS 9103:1999, ASTM C-494 Type A

Dosage:150 ml to 250 ml per 50 kg cement

COREFLOW HP

Water reducer cum high performance plasticizer for M30, M35 & M40 grade of concrete. Increases workability, easier placing, improves cohesion, better compaction and finishing, reduces W/C ratio by 15% to 20% and hence increases initial & ultimate strength, reduces drying shrinkage and is chloride free.

Dosage:0.6–1.5% by weight of cementitious material

High range water reducer cum super plasticizer. Water reduction upto 30% leading to high, early & ultimate strength. Makes concrete denser & increases durability. Improves cohesion which helps pumping of concrete, rapid placing with little or no vibration. Can be safely used for precast concrete & prestressed concrete. Chloride free.

Two-in-one integral waterproofing admixture for concrete and mortar. Increases workability, reduces permeability throughout the depth of concrete, greater protection to rebars, strength is maintained, increases durability, improves plasticity, cohesion, easier placing, better compaction & finishing and is chloride free.

COREFLOW W

Chloride based accelerating plasticizer. Increases strength, accelerates setting time, ideal for hollow blocks, concrete bricks & pavement blocks manufacturing. Ideal for providing increased resistance to frost damage during and after construction of hollow blocks. Can be used for PCC work.

Chloride free accelerating water reducing plasticizer for concrete. CHEMCORE FIBRE P

Specially designed polyester fibre reinforcement for concrete and mortar. It highly improves the durability of structure, increases tensile & compressive strength, increases flexibility of concrete, reduces water permeability, minimizes steel reinforcement in industrial floors and prevents the shrinkage cracks. Also works as a secondary reinforcement in concrete.

FAIRPLAST IP

High workable mortar plasticizer cum waterproof plaster additive in powder form. Gives better consistency, prolonged workability, smooth & creamy mortar even with harsh sand. Reduces drying shrinkage cracks & mortar dropping. Improves finish, greater resistance to frost damage during construction, protection against freeze-thaw damage after construction, reduces permeability hence ensures waterproof plaster. Increases the yield of mortar by 8 to 10% and results in cost benefits.

FAIRPLAST IPS

A powder form integral waterproofing additive for mortars, which ensures perfect water tightness. It can be used for various applications like external plaster, water tank plaster, sunk slab plaster etc. FAIRPLAST IPS entrains air into the mortar, filling the capillaries and ensuring perfect water tightness.

SPRAYCRETE

Chloride free spray concrete plasticizer in powder form suitable for guniting and shotcreting operation. Gives excellent bonding properties. Reduces frost damage during construction.

FAIRCRETE C

Integral bipolar corrosion inhibitor for reinforced concrete (formerly FAIRCRETE C2). Added to the concrete mix to protect embedded steel reinforcement against corrosion, extending the service life of structures in aggressive environments such as marine, industrial and coastal exposure.
